Technical Support Engineer (night shift)

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will proactively monitor system and application alarms, investigate, analyze, resolve or escalate alarms and service requests. You will prioritize and manage work queue in accordance with service level agreements, document investigation and issue resolution, triage issues to appropriate second-level resources for resolution, investigate and diagnose performance issues on client domains.

 

Qualifications

High diploma in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent qualifications with 1-3 years relevant work experiences.

 

Expections

  • Willing to work in night shifts, additional or irregular hours maybe needed

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational policies and procedures

  • Demonstrates ability to articulate technical issues

  • Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills

  • Collablrates with fellow technicians and supervisor to solve problems

  • Familiarizes self with new technologies, products and platforms

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Sales Support Specialist

Looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiples hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list.  Previous sales support experience is not required, however, prior administrative or clerical experience will be enormously helpful in ensuring your success in this position. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Reply customer inquires via emails or instant messengers

  • Provide administrative assistance to team members 

  • Create and process sales orders in a timely manners

 

Skills

  • High school diploma required, colleague graduate preferred

  • Minimum 2 years working experience

  • Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly 

  • Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office

  • Familiar with social network marketing tools, including Facebook

  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities

  • Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability

  • Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities

  • Assist in new product introduction and release activities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions

  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic

  • Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities

 

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • High internal drive, a natural ability for relationship building
